a powerful trailed agricultural machine used for gentle and optimal cleaning and loading of sugar beet in the field or in a fixed warehouse.

The machine has a 1-axle chassis with pneumatic braking device. It consists of a solid frame made of high-quality hollow profiles and sheets and a permanently welded tread axle.

Hopper made of steel sheet and round steel with 2 sides made of abrasion-resistant plastic for gentle pouring of beets.
The scraper bottom is made of bars connected to a 12x42 mm link chain.

High cleaning efficiency of the machine:
Rubber segments, as the 1st active cleaning element, consist of 1 hexagon shaft, 5 triangle shafts, 5 three-finger rose shafts and 2 spiral rollers.
The 2nd active cleaning element is 6 spiral rollers made of round steel in pairs, counter-rotating with the possibility of reverse operation.

The 8.5m loading belt with a maximum loading height of 5.5m is equipped with wear-resistant polyamide material to increase its service life.

The drive unit is a powerful water-cooled 4V diesel engine Zetor Z1404
with continuous speed control 84KW at 1,700 rpm
phm tank 500 ltr to reduce the frequency of refueling and improve machine balance.

The machine can be moved on the loading area either by conventional towing or by pushing the loader over a special rear bumper.

All components and parts used are mass-produced and therefore very easily available.
The machine meets all necessary standards and permits for operation in the EU.
